What it means to be a Delta....

With our multitude of different personalities, each member contributes a specific and sparkling quality to the DELTAS.  This not only brings us to appreciate one another, it allows us to come together as friends.

The DELTAS are a group who love being together.  Whether we are together socially, through community service, weekly meetings, classes, or on-campus, everyone around us (but especially within us) can sense the bond that we share.  This bond that ties us to one another is more than friendship, it is SISTERHOOD.

We have many collective goals, activities and responsibilities, but it is important to remember that the responsibility begins with each of us individually.  As a DELTA active we each have the responsibility to become involved.  Every step each person makes to be involved strengthens the sorority as a whole, the relationships between sisters, and most importantly the individual.  We understand that we get out of this, what we put into it.

To be a DELTA, you must take your responsibilities seriously.  We have many service programs and fundraising traditions that are in need of our counstant attention and participation.

Responsible attitude and action, service to the college and community, and making lifelong friends all form part of our central purpose as the DELTA PHI OMEGA Sorority.
