Hi, I'm Patrick James Ernst, but you can call me pretty much whatever you want; I've heard them all (Pat, Rick, Patty, Pat-Pat, Ernsty, Pernsty, Patty O'Houlihan, Rick James). I am an undecided freshman, but I'm planning on majoring in either math or computer science. I'm from West Saint Paul (the suburb, not the western part of St. Paul) and I've been playing music since about the time I could read. I starting taking violin lessons when I was 4, and kept those up for about 9 years. I also starting playing saxophone in 5th grade, both band and jazz band, and have been enjoying it ever since. I've also been singing for a few years and I intend to keep it up. Apart from playing saxophone, violin, and singing, I have moderate skill with piano, guitar/bass, and I play a MEAN cowbell. I'm in The Gustavus Wind Orchestra, The Adolphus Jazz Band, and Saint Ansgar's Mens chorus here at Gustavus, as well as being the Audio/Visual Technician for the Musical BAR. I love jamming, playing pretty much any instrument i can get my hands on, and above all, making movies. Interested in any of those? Let me know.
