We are currently trying to locate a place to have campout, because of the flooding.
This year good old GAC decided to implement new policies making it impossible to host Beach Party this year. Hopefully next year our brilliant Fraternity will find some way to triumph over the GAC authorities.
The current Alphs what to thank all alumni who helped us out this year by sending money. We will be working hard to get our website up to date a.s.a.p.
A newsletter is currently being assembled. It should be out and ready to print by March.
The 2001 Foosball tournament took place at 5 & C. The winner this year was Pete Deissner and Ben Flateger.
We are saddened to report that the Phi Alpha fraternity has lost one of its brothern. Corey Ervin was involved in a fatal car accident during the Thanksgiving weekend break of '99. The funeral was held in Clara City, where he lived nearby in Maynerd, MN. Corey was a senior at Gustavus and a friend to all. Corey was also a member of the exclusive 618 Myrtle residence. Corey was loved and will be missed.
