ALASKAN OIL PIPELINE EXPLODES; RUSSIA GONE

Early this morning reports came in that Russia was no more.

Quote China; "It's okay. We didn't like them either."

Initial reports indicate that an aerial hunter missed his shot of a fleeing wolf and hit the Alaskan oil pipeline, which promptly exploded in a fiery haze of ill-planning. The righteous inferno raced along the line to an old nuclear missile silo, triggering a chain reaction that sent remnants of the cold war capering off in all directions. Russia, the whales, and PETA's Virginia-based headquarters are all on the growing list of the dead.

Canada reports no damage.
